A selection of micro-narratives influenced by 'Reader's Wives'.
'Reader's Wives' was a photographic section in the British soft-core porn magazine, Fiesta. It started in the early seventies and consisted of photographs of everyday women in states of undress, often totally naked, striking pornographic poses in their own homes. The photos were supposedly taken and sent into the magazine by the women's boyfriends and husbands. Fiesta dubbed itself "the magazine for men which women love to read".
150 Pornographers draws on female identity, sexuality, domesticity, interior design, advertising, technology, pornography, television cop shows, consumerism and everyday exotica.
